A subsidiary of Toyota, Lexus may borrow parts, chassis, engines—even design hints—from its parent company, but the similarities of the finished products are sparse. Lexus has defined itself as a cornucopia of luxury in a market traditionally dominated by European manufacturers. Lexus has the dependability of Toyota in a broad range of luxury vehicles.

Lexus ES 300: The ES 300 is a competent midsize sedan built on the same chassis as the Toyota Camry. This makes for a reliable foundation upon which the Lexus’ finer attributes may be enjoyed, setting it apart from the Camry.

Lexus GS 300/430: The 2006 GS gains a sleek new body in the new model year. Another midsize offering from Lexus, the GS is a step up from the ES, with more performance oriented features, including an optional 4.2L V8 in the GS 430. The GS also has a number of fresh convenience and luxury options in the new model, such as a backup camera and Bluetooth compatible technology.

Lexus GX 470: All time four-wheel drive, a 270hp V8, and hill descent control make this a safe bet in any terrain, not to mention all the luxury one comes to expect from Lexus.

Lexus IS 300: Lexus has hit a homerun with this little sport sedan, the perfect blend of style, luxury and performance for around $30,000. With an inline six-cylinder engine in either a four-door sedan, or Lexus’ wagon variant, a ride in a Lexus IS 300 is sure to be a peppy one.

Lexus LS 430: The top of the line, full size sedan offering from Lexus, the LS 430 is the culmination of great engineering efforts: the quietest, safest, most luxurious technological achievement ever to come from Lexus.

Lexus LX 470: A familiar full size SUV which remains a strong combination of off-road prowess and well mannered luxury and refinement, the LX is the ultimate SUV in the Lexus lineup.

Lexus RX 330: While the RX may lack some of the off road capabilities of the larger members of the Lexus progeny, it’s more than capable for the driving that most of us encounter each day. A splendid luxury vehicle with all plush features, the RX has a much more versatile package than any of the sedans.

Lexus SC 430: A 300hp V8 powers this four wheeled piece of poetry in motion. The sculpted, flowing lines of the SC 430 give way to a removable power hardtop, breaching the gap between your luxurious domain and the open road.
